It all started when…
My journey started when I was 15 and pulled into the modelling world. It was here where I was first introduced to so many girl who had incredibly unhealthy lifestyle and dietary/exercise habits (myself included), and started to see where the problems were with so many women. My own personal health issues (being diagnosed with celiac at 21 and PCOS much earlier), along with my interest in health and wellness, spurred me into the fitness industry. Originally I had high hopes of specialising specifically in coaching clients for body building shows, but all these women kept coming to me with hormonal and gut issues. It seemed like for years I couldn’t find a client who wasn’t broken! It was through pure chance that I found myself working with so many clients with so many hormonal issues, and where I began to specialise specifically in women’s health and holistic coaching. Over the years, I have now found myself deeply entrenched in the women’s sphere; helping women through infertility issues, hormonal conditions, pregnancy, and post-partum.
Women’s Health
Women’s health is a beautifully complex world, with no two cases being the same. Having worked with women labelled infertile, women given a false PCOS diagnosis, women with missing periods, women with severe hormonal acne - I aim to be the support to my clients who have either been failed by other practitioners around them, or are lucky enough to have a great team of practitioners to which I can contribute.
Coaching
Online, Consultancy, Mentoring
"It’s been the best decision and I would highly recommend Olivia. She has been working closely with me on so much more than just training and nutrition, including areas such as blood work, to help me achieve my goals. Olivia is extremely supportive and goes above and beyond as a coach."

I would love to hear from you!
Please note that my 1:1 ongoing coaching is no longer a service I offer, and my consultancy is extremely limited due to my workload. If I’m unable to help you or accomodate, I will refer you to another practitioner.
